Education Department, New Taipei City Government is hosting “Future AI 2025 International Conference on NTPC Technical and Vocational Education - Future AI in Technical and Vocational Education” on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
We are now opening for proposal submissions (Paper Presentation/ Practical Report):

1. Faculty members, researchers, and graduate students (master's and doctoral) from universities and colleges both domestic and international
2. Professional administrators from educational institutions or related organizations, both domestic and international
3. Principals, directors, and teachers from high schools and vocational schools

VI. Guidelines of Paper Presentation Submission
1. Submission Methods
Please send your full paper with abstract and Author's Personal Information Form to ntpctvet2024@gmail.com as a word file.
1.1 Please name the mail title as "Paper Submission for International Conference-Author's Full Name" e.g., " Paper Submission for International Conference-Jane Smith."
1.2 Please name the Author's Personal Information Form as " Author's Personal Information Form -Author's Full Name" e.g., " Author's Personal Information Form -Jane Smith."

2. Abstract and Full Paper
2.1 The Chinese and English abstract are limited to 500 words (excluding references, figures, and tables), and includes the following elements: Paper Title, Significance, Research Objectives, Research Methods, Research Findings, etc. Please also indicate 3-5 keywords that are relevant to your research.
2.2 The full paper should ideally be between 8,000 to 12,000 words in length.
2.3 Please follow the “Writing Format” when submitting the abstract and full paper.
3. Points to Note
3.1 Please do not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals, and ensure that you do not infringe upon the copyrights of others.
3.2 Abstract and full paper review results will be sent to the corresponding author via email.
3.3 Please submit all documents via E-mail: ntpctvet2024@gmail.com before the submission deadline.
3.4 Authors whose papers are accepted must complete the "Conference Registration" and attend the conference in person to present orally.

1. Submission Methods
Please send your presentation with abstract and Author's Personal Information Form to ntpctvet2024@gmail.com as a Power Point or PDF file.

2. Practical Report Presentation Content
2.1 The presentation should align with the conference topics. In addition to the relevant policy planning, promotion and effectiveness analysis of each subtopic, teaching plans, methods, practical cases or experience sharing of technical and vocational education in literacy education, industry-academia cooperation, project-based practical course, bilingual education, self-directed learning and training aspects can be submitted in presentation format.
2.2 The presentation should contain the background (origin), purpose (goal), process, results, difficulties and suggestions, etc. The presentation is limited to 20 pages including the cover page and thank you page.
2.3 Please use Times New Roman fonts in presentation
3. Points to Note
