陳宜欣教授現任國立清華大學資訊工程學系教授,並擔任國際學士班(IBP)主任及中華民國人工智慧學會(TAAI)副理事長。此外,她也是教育部臺灣大專院校人工智慧學程聯盟(TAICA)計畫主持人。
陳教授於2002年取得美國南加州大學電腦科學博士學位,自此專注於學術研究與教育工作。其研究領域涵蓋社群網路、資料探勘、及自然語言處理。她致力於推動跨領域的人工智慧人才培育及國際化教育,在學術與實務間架起橋樑,專注於為台灣及國際社會培養具備全球視野與技術專長的AI專才。 |

Professor Yi-Shin Chen is a faculty member in the Department of Computer Science at National Tsing Hua University (NTHU). She serves as the Chairman of the International Bachelor’s Program (IBP) at NTHU and the Executive Director of the Taiwanese Association for Artificial Intelligence (TAAI). Additionally, she is the Project Leader of the Taiwan Artificial Intelligence College Alliance (TAICA) program, supported by the Ministry of Education. Professor Chen earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California in 2002 and has since dedicated herself to academic research and education. Her research interests include web intelligence, social networks, and natural language processing. Passionate about fostering interdisciplinary AI talent and global education, she bridges academia and practice to cultivate professionals with technical expertise and a global perspective, advancing both Taiwan and the international AI community. |

張教授現任加拿大Athabasca大學理工學院研究與創新副院長暨專任教授,是IEEE高級會員,並於2023–2025年獲聘為IEEE電腦學會人工智慧與聊天機器人傑出訪問學者。2022 年,張教授榮獲亞太電腦教育學會「傑出研究獎」,肯定其於教育科技與智慧學習領域的卓越貢獻。
張教授自2022年起擔任國際智慧學習環境協會副會長,並擔任多份國際期刊總編輯,包括Educational Technology & Society、International Journal of Distance Education Technologies與Bulletin of Technical Committee on Learning Technology。同時,他自2024年起擔任IEEE國際先進學習科技會議(ICALT)大會主席,長年推動教育科技國際交流。
至今,張教授已發表超過263篇學術論文與書籍章節,並於國際場合進行逾165場專題演講。他的研究領域涵蓋人工智慧、自然語言處理、學習行為分析、遊戲式學習、教育資料探勘及健康資訊科技等,持續推動教育與科技的跨域融合。 |

Dr. Maiga Chang is Associate Dean, Research & Innovation, and Full Professor at Faculty of Science and Technology, Athabasca University, Canada. Dr. Chang is IEEE Senior Member and has been appointed as an IEEE Computer Society Distinguished Visitor for 2023 to 2025. He is also received Distinguished Researcher Award from Asia Pacific Society on Computers in Education (APSCE) in 2022.
Dr. Chang is Vice President (2022~) of International Association of Smart Learning Environments (IASLE) and editors-in-chief (2019~) of Journal of Educational Technology & Society (Open Access SSCI in Quartile Q1 with rank 14 among 756 journals in ESCI/SSCI/SCI in Education & Educational Research category by Journal Impact Factor 6.0), editor-in-chief (2014~) of International Journal of Distance Education Technologies (Open Access ESCI in Quartile Q1 among 756 journals in ESCI/SSCI/SCI in Education & Educational Research category by Journal Citation Indicator 1.24, SCOPUS, EI), and editor-in-chief (2020~) of Bulletin of Technical Committee on Learning Technology (Open Access ESCI).
Dr. Chang is helping as a Steering Committee member (2020~) for International Conference on Intelligent Tutoring Systems (ITS) and has been conference chair (2024~) and general program chair (2017~2023) for IEEE International Conference on Advanced Learning Technologies (ICALT) which was ranked as the second (2nd) by saliency in Educational Technology area, just follows CSCL (1st) in Microsoft Academic for the time 2000 to 2020.
Dr. Chang has given more than 165 talks and lectures in different events; He also has (co-)authored more than 263 book chapters, journal and international conference papers. He is an IEEE member since 1996 and also a member of ACM (2001-2017), AAAI (since 2001-2017), INNS (2004-2018), and Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society.
His current research mainly focus on artificial intelligence; natural language processing; learning behaviour analysis; learning analytics and academic analytics; game-based learning, training and assessment; intelligent agent technology; educational data mining; computational intelligence; health informatics and healthcare technology,etc.
